Every evaluation in here is a household somebody visited.

Prospery Labs turns that visit into a complete reading of the household, a plan of concrete instruments and follow-up the family understands without anyone translating it for them.

In one minute

How a household is read, from start to finish.

A real visit: the evaluation in the field, the plan that comes out of it, and what the family sees later on their phone.

  1. 0:00 Every household has a story
  2. 0:32 A plan for what is missing
  3. 0:54 Progress shows in everyday life

A credit score says whether someone can pay. It doesn't say what the household is missing to stop living on the edge.

  • A score

A number that ranks people by risk of default.

  • A reading of the household

Four areas of life, what each one is missing and the plan that closes the gap, with dates.

A field officer shows a woman her evaluation on a tablet, at the table on her patio.

What we measure

Four dimensions, a single visit

The field officer takes the evaluation on site. The household sees it later in everyday words, with no decimals and no technical names.

  • Financial

    The money each month

So what comes in is enough, and doesn't depend on a single source.

  • Resilience

    When something goes wrong

So a storm, a loss or a theft doesn't leave the household with nothing.

  • Digital

    Phone and internet

Being able to study, sell or do paperwork from a phone.

How it works

From the visit to the follow-up

  1. A field officer talks with a woman at her doorstep, the evaluation tablet on her lap.

    The evaluation is taken

The field officer goes through all four dimensions in a single visit. Every indicator keeps its threshold and weight, traceable back to the answer it came from.

  2. A field officer standing in the yard reads the proposal on her tablet before going in to go through it with the family.

    The recommendation is built

Out of the gaps comes the proposal: which instruments, in what order and in which month. The engine builds it from what worked in comparable households.

  3. A man and a woman go over the printed plan together, at the patio table.

    The plan is agreed

The field officer goes through it with the family, line by line. Nothing stays in the plan unless the household knows what changes in its life when they take it up.

  4. A man checks his progress on his phone, leaning against the wall of his house.

    The household is accompanied

The household sees its progress in its own words and answers three short questions every so often. Your team sees the full reading behind it.

For your field team

The full numbers, with their threshold and weight.

  • A score per dimension with its threshold and the weight of every indicator.
  • Traceability: which answer every number came from.
  • The plan of instruments laid out by month, not a loose list.
  • What the household answered on its own, marked as self-reported.

For the household

The same thing, said another way.

  • Four areas in everyday words, with no decimals.
  • Three states per area: not yet, on the way, done.
  • What changes in life when each thing is taken up.
  • Three short questions every so often, which approve or reject nothing.

The artificial intelligence

It makes the methodology easier to follow.

  • It invents no criteria: it optimises the gap closure the methodology defines, with its versioned thresholds and weights.
  • Insurance comes first: a shock does not undo what was gained.
  • Credit arrives once the household can sustain it.
  • Every review measures again the condition that motivated the plan, and what worked in comparable households orders the next one.

Instruments

We build the work plan: which instruments, and in which month

Family by family, the smallest number of instruments that covers the household's gaps, ordered by how wide each gap is. Every line has its month and a sentence that says what changes in the household's life when it is taken up.

  • Insurance

Weather and harvest, home against fire, hospital income, family backing.

  • Assistance

Housing, home and legal. A phone number to call when something breaks.

  • Training

Spotting a scam, comparing financial services, child nutrition.

  • Credit

Solidarity group loans and housing with a building partner, once the household can sustain them.
